These seminars provide participants with information about how to create personal safety when writing about trauma and loss. Writers are gently guided through exercises to explore their feelings and memories. No writing experience or skill is necessary and participant's writing will remain private.
For those with a desire for an outlet for their feelings when words feel inadequate.
These seminars offer participants a variety of activities for the creative expression of grief including collage, drawing, painting and crafting for the exploration of the full range of feelings experienced with a loss. No experience is necessary and all supplies are included.
For parents with a desire to build a healthy co-parenting relationship.
These seminars provide information and strategies to help parents improve communication, reduce conflict and maintain a focus on what is best for children through the emotional and often difficult experience of separation and divorce.
This 6-session closed group offers information and support for those whose loved one has died by suicide, as they navigate the changes in their life following this traumatic loss. Participants must be 18 years of age or older, the suicide loss of a loved one must have occurred within the past two years and they must be available to attend all 6 sessions. Space limited to 8 participants in each group.
